Libyan Languages
In Libya there is a large variety of languages spoken but there is a main language that is spoken by 95% of the entire Libyan population, that is Arabic. There is also a group of languages known as the Berber languages which is spoken by the remaining 5% of the population, this includes Berber and Tuareg languages although these languages are spoken they do not have official status within Libya they are still spoken, mainly in the southern part of the country beside the standard Arabic. Surprisingly enough there is Italian and English spoken in Libya but mainly in the bigger cities.
